Fit is at the core of everything we do. All Befits Tailor garments are hand-made by our tailors under strict quality control to provide you with a perfectly fitted garment. In rare occasions you are not happy with our product, we have solutions for you! Just pick one of the following three options that works best for you.

Alterations

If the garment requires only a few adjustments in order to fit you perfectly, take it to a local tailor. We will reimburse this expense up to 25% of the value of the garment.

1. Contact a Local Tailor

Take your garment to your local tailor within 7 days from receiving your garment.

2. Ask for an Invoice

Ask your tailor for an invoice and a short description of the adjustments applied to your garment.

3. Submit a Support Ticket

Click the "Submit a Support Ticket" link below, select "Alterations", provide the order number and the description.

4. Get Your Refund

We will refund your expense within 72 hours.

Remakes

On the rare occasion that your order cannot be altered, we will remake it for you.

Click the "Submit a Support Ticket" link below, select "Remakes", provide the order number and describe the issue as accurately as possible.

2. Contact

We will contact you within the next 24-48 hours.

3. Remakes

After our quality control department verifies your case, we will proceed to do a remake of the garment.

Refund

We’ll give you a full refund. We'll even pay for the return shipping.

2. Return Your Garment

We will send you a return shipping label and the return instructions. Drop your package at your nearest USPS office.

3. Refund

After receiving your garment, we will refund you within 72 hours.
